Shinner & Sudtone is looking for a Sous Chef. An individual that will be hands on and confident supporting our kitchen manger when and where needed.
We have launched our new burger concept CraftyBuns at Shinner & Sudtone, and want some one that is up for the challenge of helping to lead the brand. The aim is to make us the flag ship for Portobello Brewery with this adventure.
Alongside CraftyBuns, we shall continue to serve pub made Sunday Roasts with proper gravy and a giant yorkie! This is a big day for us and it's important we can grow our reputation further.
The menu is fresh and exciting and will be constantly developing, therefore we need an individual that is keen to have an input into their menu, as well as the menu for the brand, you will be comfortable following a spec, but happy to work closely with our kitchen manager to ensure the future of the menu is perfected and continues to grow. This really is a unique opportunity.
