You will be an integral part of the management team, leading from the front, with laughter, passion and a desire to continually improve all that happens in your pub. Your eye for high standards across the board will be your focal point, ensuring that you are the huge welcome as people walk through our doors, the first line of support for our amazing teams, with an enthusiasm for great food and drink that you can wow our guests with at the bar or table and also to inspire our teams to do the same.
As part of the management team will of course come with some management responsibilities. Ensuring the pub is health and safety compliant, cashing up at the end of the night or maybe managing all bookings and events, so being organised and trustworthy is a must to be part of our management team.
We are great believers of having a strong bench, making sure we have people in place to take the next step, we want you to be the future generation of general managers, so a drive to succeed in the industry is a must. Of course, our gift to you will be making sure you have all the tools to succeed.
