You will be an integral part of the management team, leading from the front with passion and a desire to continually improve all that happens at The Walrus. An eye for high standards, ensuring our multi-faceted business of pub, restaurant, club and roof garden all exceed both ours and guests expectations.

Among your responsibilities will be to ensure the pub is H&S compliant, cashing up at the end of the night, running a diverse range of events, being organised, and trustworthy is a must to be part of our team.

We are great believers of having a strong bench, making sure we have people in place to take the next step, we want you to be the future generation of general managers, so a drive to succeed in the industry is a must. Of course, our gift to you will be making sure you have all the tools to succeed.

A good understanding of the local area is beneficial as is a Personal Licence.
