You’ll be responsible for running a section in the kitchen, ensuring prep is on point, dishes go out on time, and everything stays clean, organised, and efficient. You’ll be part of a team that values consistency, communication, and pride in the food we serve.<ul><li>Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis ready to step up</li><li>A team player with a can-do attitude</li><li>Calm under pressure, especially on busy evenings and during events</li><li>Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices</li><li>Someone who enjoys being part of a loyal, long-standing team</li></ul>
