Honesty, Integrity and Fairness are at the heart of how we work. They guide how we treat our teams, how we work with our suppliers and how we build relationships with our customers and the communities around our venues. Great food and great drinks are just as important. We want our menus to offer food people genuinely want to eat, from proper pub favourites to fresh, seasonal dishes, using quality ingredients and working with great suppliers wherever we can. Alongside that, we love great beer — particularly local independent breweries — and our teams take real pride in looking after what's on the bar and making sure it's served properly.

We’re always looking for something new to put on the taps, something different to try on the menu, or another reason for our customers to come back. But while our venues may all be different, the aim is always the same: to create brilliant places for people to work, and brilliant places for people to drink, eat and spend time together. We’re proudly independent, passionate about hospitality, and still learning and improving every day.
