Head Chef - Canary Wharf

No. 35 is right in the heart of Canary Wharf, a busy, lively bar that goes from morning coffees to after-work drinks and packed evenings. It's a venue that never really stands still, and the kitchen is a huge part of what makes it tick.

We're looking for a Head Chef who wants to be right at the heart of it all. Someone who takes pride in their food, knows how to run a tight kitchen and understands that getting the basics right, every single day, makes all the difference. From keeping standards high and managing GP to developing the team and making sure every dish leaving the kitchen is something to be proud of, you'll have a big part to play in how the venue performs.

You'll be an important part of the management team, working closely with the General Manager and the wider team to make No. 35 a brilliant place to work and a place our customers want to come back to. We want someone who brings energy, takes ownership, backs their team and enjoys the challenge of a busy kitchen.
