General Manager - Clapham

King & Co is a much-loved Clapham local, with a fantastic range of beers, a warm welcome, a beer garden and a rotating pop-up kitchen that keeps food exciting. Our kitchen residents are a big part of what makes us special, bringing new food concepts to the pub and giving customers something to look forward to.

We’re looking for a General Manager who wants to make their mark on a really special pub, bringing great hospitality, high standards and plenty of personality to everything they do.

About You

• You know your beer, enjoy sharing your knowledge and love helping customers find something new to try.
• You’re a people person who builds relationships with regulars, gets to know the local community and makes everyone feel at home.
• You lead from the front, motivate your team and understand that high standards of hospitality, cleanliness and service are non-negotiable
• You’re commercially minded and know how to run a successful pub, working closely with our rotating kitchen operators to make sure food and drink work together brilliantly.
• You take pride in the details, communicate well and understand the importance of working in partnership with an external kitchen team to maintain standards across the whole business.

You could be an experienced GM looking for a new challenge, or an ambitious Deputy or Assistant Manager ready to take the next step. We’re looking for someone with the energy, confidence and commitment for this local favourite.
