You will be an inspiration leader at all times, whether running a breakfast shift, or a bustling Friday night. Setting the example for our front of house team, you will make sure that the guests achieve the best hospitality experience that your site has to offer. Of course, being the deputy general manager, this will mean stepping up in the absence of the general manager, whether that is on a day off, or running the site for a couple of weeks to cover holiday times.

You will be given varying responsibilities in your role, maybe looking after driving sales at a particular time of week, the leader of all things training, or controlling any number of financial KPI’s, so an all rounder of hospitality is a must. You will also have your own projects to work on, to show your are ready to make sure the business is continually growing.

Finally, we want our deputy general managers to form our strong bench. We want our deputies to be the future generation of general managers, so the passion and drive to grow their career as well as the pubs sales, is a must!
