What you offer us…

We are looking for an experienced General Manager that can manage the expectations of Portobello’s flagship pub, dining room and hotel. A big hitter that can deliver not only a quality experience, but can control the P&L to maximise bottom line profit conversion.

You will work closely with a talented and committed operations team to manage “your” business.

In the pub, you will be proud of the offer we serve up from the bar. Boutique wines, an offering from local craft breweries, complimented by our own house beers, a spirit range to rival any bar and a list of carefully curated cocktails.

Being passionate about food is a must. You will have a close relationship with your head chef and the rest of the kitchen team and have real input into creating a menu that you are proud to serve to each and every guest that walks through our doors.

The sales opportunities are endless at Westow. Entrepreneurial flair will help enhance the offer that sees the diary packed full of various events. Think themed quizzes, live music and even baby yoga. Then there is the local activity from events in the surrounding area that bring people from afar.
