We are looking for:
- Previous hospitality experience, ideally at AM level
- Someone enthusiastic about great food and drinks that can wow our guests at the bar or table
- An eye for high standards across the board, ensuring that you are a huge welcome as people walk through the doors
- Someone who is the first line of support for our amazing FOH and BOH teams
- Someone who can ensure the pub is health and safety compliant
- An organised and trustworthy person
- Someone capable of managing bookings and events
- Ability to deal with customer feedback and providing adequate solutions to customer complaints
