We want our guests to love the Effra Social as much as we love it, so we need some hospitality stars to come and make that happen. Experience of working in a pub is desirable, but we think (actually, we know) that we are good trainers and coaches, just the right attitude to work and of course, that smile.

As a bar back, you'll be the behind the scenes hero that keeps our bartenders prepped and our service fast. You'll make sure the bar stays fully stocked, clean and efficient, as well as our customer facing areas, so our team can focus on serving our guests.
