We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join the management team at Catford Bridge Tavern. We are a vibrant and growing business at the heart of Catford community. We pride ourselves in great friendly service and are looking for the right person to help us take this growing business to the bigger and better heights!!!

The successful candidate will have experience running service on floor and bar and be able to motivate the team. Will also want to progress their career in this industry to Assistant Manager and maybe beyond!

What you offer us?

The leaders of the future, you will be the first line of support for our bar team. You will be motivated by running an organised bar, delivering all drinks to the highest spec and ensuring you know your Helles from your Pilsner and your Martinis from your Margaritas. Being a major cog in the management support wheel, you will of course be given some responsibilities of your own, it could be ensuring we have a dynamic and interesting cocktail menu for all seasons, or making sure that the cellar is in pristine condition to ensure our amazing beers get from keg or cask to glass in immaculate condition.
