What you offer us?

You will be truly passionate about the industry that we know and love- hospitality! People are at the forefront of all of our pubs and we need you to assist our amazing general managers in the day to day running of your business. You will be an inspiration leader at all times, whether running a breakfast shift, or a bustling Friday night. Setting the example for our front of house team, you will make sure that the guests achieve the best hospitality experience that Brixton has to offer. Of course, being the deputy manager, this will mean stepping up in the absence of the general manager, whether that is on a day off, or running the pub for a couple of weeks to cover holiday times.

You will be given varying responsibilities in your role, maybe looking after driving sales at a particular time of week, the leader of all things training, or controlling any number of financial KPI’s, so an all rounder of hospitality is a must. You will also have your own projects to work on, to show your are ready to make sure the business is continually growing.

Finally, we want our deputy managers to form our strong bench. We want our deputies to be the future generation of general managers, so the passion and drive to grow their career as well as the pubs sales, is a must!
