We’re an independent neighbourhood bar and restaurant in the heart of Canary Wharf, known for great food, drinks, and a lively all-day atmosphere - from weekday coffees to weekend Disco Brunches.

Our open kitchen serves fresh, made-from-scratch food daily, and our chefs are central to delivering an excellent guest experience. We focus on quality ingredients, sustainability, and supporting career growth.

You’ll be joining a close-knit team of 7 hardworking chefs who are truly passionate about food and take real pride in everything they create. It’s a positive, professional kitchen environment where teamwork, consistency and a genuine love for cooking are at the heart of what we do every day.


We’re looking for a Sous Chef who:

  • Has 1+ year experience in a similar role
  • Is passionate about food and high standards
  • Works well in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Is reliable, professional, and confident running a section
