Shinner & Sudtone is looking for a Summer Chef de Partie. An individual that will be hands on and confident supporting our kitchen manger and sous chef when and where needed. This will be a 2 to 3 month placement throughout July to September. Part time with full time covering staff holidays. A permanent position could be available either with us or at a sister site within the company.
The menu is fresh and exciting and will be constantly developing, therefore we need an individual that is keen to have an input into their menu, as well as the menu for the brand, you will be comfortable following a spec, but happy to work closely with our kitchen manager to ensure the future of the menu is perfected and continues to grow. This really is a unique opportunity.
