We are looking for a General Manager for Catford Bridge Tavern—a community Pub in the heart of Catford - right next to the Train Station, perfectly positioned for an afterwork beer and catch-up with friends.

We have a reputation for an ever-changing beer range, great food, and a buzzing atmosphere, our Pub is all about delivering memorable visits, with lovely service, and for being a true hub for the local community.

This is a venue with huge potential to build on its identity as one of Catford’s best Pubs. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership and create a standout experience centred around the best hospitality.

Our new GM will be ambitious, creative, and driven to make a name for themselves—leading from the front.

You will know what to do to beat budget, and become a well-known face in Catford. You’ll standout as a destination, known for its atmosphere, service, and consistency. Customers will pop in for a pint on the way home to see you.

You will know how to manage a P&L and be able to share with us strong examples of your success.

Ambition, personality, and passion for bars, food and hospitality are key. This could also, be the perfect step up for a confident and experienced Deputy ready to take on their first big challenge.
