Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the General Manager in day-to-day operations
• Leading service in in the venue
• Supporting staff training and performance
• Creating a positive environment for our customers and staff

What do you offer us?

• At least one year of experience in a supervisor or management role in hospitality
• An absolute LOVE of all things Beer
• Strong communication and people management skills
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service
• The ability to stay calm under pressure
