What you offer us

Our Kitchen Porters are the backbone of the kitchen. You keep the engine running.

We ask for a few simple things:

• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and safe at all times

• Wash and maintain all kitchen equipment, utensils and crockery

• Support the chefs with basic prep and keeping stations stocked

• Follow health & safety and food hygiene standards carefully

• Work hard, stay positive and be a reliable team player

A great KP keeps the kitchen moving. When the KP is sharp, the whole kitchen runs better.

We are looking for people who take pride in doing the job properly, who work well under pressure, and who understand that every clean plate, pan and surface helps deliver great food to our guests.

You will work closely with the chefs and the management team, playing a key role in keeping the kitchen organised, efficient and ready for service.

The kitchen might be the heart of the pub but the KP keeps the heartbeat steady.
