We are a fast-paced and customer-focused business committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high operational standards. We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team and help lead daily operations on the floor.

The Role

As a Floor Supervisor, you will support management in overseeing daily floor operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, and motivating the team to achieve performance targets. You will act as a key point of contact between staff and management while maintaining a positive and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily floor activities
• Lead, motivate, and support team members during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
• Assist with training new employees
• Maintain health, safety, and company compliance standards
• Assist management with reporting and operational tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
