Bar Staff

Knowles of Norwood is looking for a confident and personable Bartender to join our front-of-house team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in great service, and knows their way around a bar. You will be delivering quality drinks, engaging with guests, and helping maintain the high standards expected of a premium neighbourhood pub.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving drinks to company standards
• Delivering friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately
• Supporting stock rotation and basic cellar duties
• Complying with licensing laws, Challenge 25, and H&S standards
• Working as part of a team to keep service smooth and upbeat

Candidate profile:

• Previous bar experience preferred (training available for the right attitude)
• Confident, reliable, and well-presented
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working busy shifts, evenings, and weekends
• Passion for hospitality and great guest experience
