An individual that will be hands on and confident supporting our kitchen manger and sous chef when and where needed. Job would be ideal for a student, where full time is a possability during holiday breaks. Availability would need to be evenings, as well as weekends. The menu is fresh and exciting and will be constantly developing, therefore we need an individual that is keen to have an input into their menu, as well as the menu for the brand, you will be comfortable following a spec, but happy to work closely with our kitchen manager to ensure the future of the menu is perfected and continues to grow. Sunday is all about roast dinners. This really is a unique opportunity.
