We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Assistant Manager to join our management team at No 601 Queens Road - and we are above Wimbledon Station!
And we have just had a BIG MAKEOVER too!
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the General and Duty Managers in day-to-day operations
- Leading service in different departments in the venue
- Supporting staff training and performance
- Creating a positive environment for our customers and staff
What do you offer us?
- At least one year of experience in a supervisor or management role in hospitality
- Strong communication and people management skills
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service
- The ability to stay calm under pressure
