Our current Manager is moving to a new challenge within our business and we are now looking for a General Manager for this wonderful Pub- close to both Deptford Bridge DLR and the mainline New Cross Station.

The Royal Albert is a traditional pub bustling with people from all walks of life and a beer range second to none; it has long been a favourite of the community, with a fantastic reputation for beer, wonderful hospitality, after works drinks and family gatherings, it has outdoor drinking and dining too which is always a nice feature on a busy High Street.

Our new GM will be very ambitious and driven to make a name for themselves by exceeding sales expectations, using the reputation and famous events like our Sunday Jazz as assets - and will quickly establish themselves as the face of the New Cross local. They will be a big Team Player and lead from the front, acknowledging the strengths and being ambitious for the future.

Experience of being a GM before is desirable, but drive and enthusiasm are even more important, and this could be a chance for a very confident and experienced deputy to take their first big challenge.
