About Us

No.197 Chiswick Fire Station is a vibrant neighbourhood bar and restaurant in the heart of Chiswick. Known for its stylish interior, lively atmosphere, and beautiful hidden garden, we serve everything from morning coffee and brunch to cocktails, lunch, and dinner.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly team members to join our Front of House team and help create memorable experiences for our guests.

The Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you will:

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
• Take food and drink orders and deliver them efficiently
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean and well-presented
• Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams
• Help create a positive and energetic atmosphere for guests

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, outgoing personality
• Passion for hospitality and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Previous hospitality experience is a bonus (but not essential)
