The Role

We’re searching for an ambitious Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen brigade. You’ll work with fresh, ethically sourced ingredients to create simple yet refined modern dishes. From brunch classics to beautifully grilled plates and vibrant plant-based options, consistency and quality are at the heart of what we do.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll run your own section, collaborate closely with the team and play a key part in delivering memorable experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Do

• Take responsibility for your section with pride and precision
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to brand standards
• Support senior chefs in menu development and daily kitchen operation
• Uphold high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation
• Train and inspire junior team members
• Bring creativity, positivity and passion to every service

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a CDP or strong Commis ready to step up
• A genuine love for fresh ingredients and seasonal cooking
• Calm under pressure, great attention to detail
• A team player with a desire to grow
• Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen safety standards
• Enthusiastic, reliable and full of initiative
