Located in the heart of vibrant Canary Wharf, Nº35 Mackenzie Walk is an independent neighbourhood bar and restaurant with a stylish, contemporary interior built around great food, great drinks, and great company.

From Monday morning coffees to Friday night cocktails, we’re a lively all-day destination. After work, guests relax to curated playlists and handpicked tunes, while weekends bring the energy with our famous Disco Brunches and one of the best terraces in Canary Wharf.

At the heart of everything we do is our beautiful open kitchen, serving fresh food seven days a week from 11am–10pm. We’re now looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to take the next step in their career and join our growing team.

What we’re looking for:

We’re searching for someone who is ambitious, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You’ll be:

• A confident and reliable team player with a positive attitude
• An experienced CDP ready to step up, or an existing Junior Sous Chef
• Passionate about fresh food and high kitchen standards
• Calm and efficient during busy services
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Leading sections confidently and helping develop junior team members
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene
