We are looking for a dynamic, driven General Manager to take control of our wonderful, iconic Effra Social and take it to the next level. You need to be an inspirational and charismatic leader of your team, always looking to develop your people; to be full of energy, lead from the front and have a passion for delivering operational excellence and to maximise every sale opportunity with innovative ideas. Every person that walks through the doors at Effra will benefit from the outstanding atmosphere that you create. You will need to have a dynamic mind set, two days are never the same. You will be fully responsible for the pubs P+L so converting sales to profit is equally as important.

Effra Social is a former Conservative club housed in a beautiful Victorian building in the heart of Brixton. With as many of the original club features restored and retained, Effra is where old meets new and everything in between. There is always something happening at Effra, a place for all occasions. From Margarita Mondays, to an epic pub quiz on a Tuesday, the place comes to life at the weekend where you can dance the night away to an array of music types.

Friends and family are at the heart of what we do, and our food menu reflects this. Our menu is packed full of food to share and on the bar, you will find a range of beers on tap, a selection of grand gins and we are famous for our already mentioned Margaritas.
