The Falconbrook is a brand-new pub opening in the heart of Battersea, created to become a true local favourite. We’re building a venue known for great drinks, quality food, and a welcoming neighbourhood atmosphere. From after-work pints and laid-back weekends to lively evenings with familiar faces, The Falconbrook is all about creating a place people will genuinely love coming back to.

We’re now looking for a Bartender to join our team - someone who enjoys hospitality, thrives behind the bar, and knows that great service is just as important as a great pint.

Who We’re Looking For:

- You don’t need to be flashy - just friendly, reliable, and passionate about pub life,

- You’re confident serving drinks and chatting with customers,

- You enjoy a steady, social environment with a loyal local crowd,

- You take pride in delivering warm, efficient service,

- You work well as part of a close-knit team,

- Experience behind the bar is great, but the right attitude matters most!

The Role

As a Bartender, you’ll play a key part in keeping the pub running smoothly:

- Serving beers, wines, spirits, and classic cocktails,

- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for regulars and new guests,

- Keeping the bar clean, organised, and well stocked,

- Supporting your teammates during busy services.
