Portobello Brewery have secured another gem of a pub in South London.
we are looking for a General Manager that has the drive and passion to oversee a £400,000 refurbishment.
The pub will be a modern, community space that services it discerning customers from brunch right the way through to a late night cocktail or two!
Our food offer will be fresh & seasonal and will include elevated pub classics alongside some more on trend small plates and sharers for the guest wanting to graze whilst they enjoy a few craft beers from independent London brewers.
Our drink offer starts with our own brewed craft beers, but we love to support other local breweries, and encourage managers to rotate their range. Classic cocktails and Grand gins will be a must for a target customer.
We expect the pub to turnover £1.8 - £2million per year with a 75 / 25 liquor / food split.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a high volume, fresh food business.
